The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She seeks the transfer of H.M.O.P.No.132 of 2013 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Villupuram, to the file of Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for the transfer sought for. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.132 of 2013 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Villupuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore.

In view of the fact that nearly three years have lapsed, the transferee Court, namely, the Court of the Principal Sub Judge, Cuddalore, is directed to expedite the disposal of the case and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
