ORDER
Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the fifth respondent had vacated the building in question and the Seventh-Day Adventist Matriculation Higher Secondary School is not running in the said premises. The learned counsel had further submitted that he would pursue the other legal remedies available to him, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.
3. In such circumstances, as no furthers are necessary, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
