ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that they have no objection to condoning the delay of 70 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. The respondents 4 and 5 were set ex parte before the Tribunal. This Court is of the opinion that there is no necessity to issue notice to them in the petition for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay of 70 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
