Considering the fact that in the earlier Writ Petition the proposed party has been shown as the 3rd respondent and even in the impugned order reference has been made to the 3rd respondent, the petition is ordered as prayed for. The party who has now been impleaded would submit that an affidavit filed in support of the implead petition would be the counter in the main Writ Petition.

2. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the matter on 21.01.2025.
