Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner for the period from 24.12.2017 to 03.03.2018 and 01.08.2018 to 17.03.2020 while worked as Cook in Vadasennimalai Government ADW College Girls

Hostel as well as revision of pay as per the VIIth Pay Commission recommendations and to give transfer and posting to the petitioner as Cook in Vadasennimalai Government ADW College Girls Hostel on sanctioning of post based on need, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.07.2021.

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. This writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 27.07.2021 of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing such order, the second respondent may also consider the fact that the petitioner is aged about 37 years and is living away from her family. No costs.
