Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders Crl.O.P.No.6536 of 2018 order dated 19.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6536 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018.

2. This court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6536 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is

directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 07/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
