This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.38 of 2020, dated 17.02.2020, on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. Heard Mr.H.Thameen Ansari, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a closure report was filed before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and RCS notice was also served on the de facto complainant. The closure report was accepted and the case was closed by the Court below by order dated 11.03.2022 in RCS No.3 of 2022. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
