ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition number (b) that the petitioner shall report before concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and shall further appear before the Respondent Police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.15556 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and shall further appear before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
