This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 4 being the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole petitioner Mr.Innasimuthu (deceased) as petitioners 2 to 5 in the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.6654 of 2006.

3.Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this writ miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
