PRAYER The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to appoint Archakas and Poojaris within a stipulated time at Angala Parameshwari Temple Thirukoil Panchanathi Kulam (East), Vedharanyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District in pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent in R.P.176/2017 D2 dated 14.11.2017.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had deceased on 14.12.2024 and the legal heirs of the petitioner are not interested to pursue the present writ petition.
