This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15635 of 2022 on 06.07.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Harbour Police Station, Chennai twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
