This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fourth respondent namely Gowtham Krishna has attained majority in the year 2020. Hence in the cause title of the memorandum of grounds of appeal the word 'minor' before the name of the fourth respondent is removed.

3. Since the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
