This petition is filed to relax the condition number (b) that the first petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; that the second and third petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9167 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; that the second and third petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
