ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 360 and 506(1) of IPC in Cr.No.205 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
