This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer M.C.No.14/2017 from the file of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli to the Sub Court, Panruti,so as to have a joint trial with H.M.O.P.No.35/2018 & H.M.O.P.No.44/2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be conceded in law, since the Sub Court does not have jurisdiction to try a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Hence this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
