[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the learned XII Additional Special Court (CBI cases), Chennai - 600 104 in unnumbered Crl.M.P...../2021 in C.C.No.3/2017 and consequently, direct the learned Judge to refer the legal questions raised by the petitioner to this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to take final decision.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced by the trial Court in C.C.No.3 of 2017 and he has filed an appeal in C.A.No.619 of 2021 before this Court challenging his conviction and sentence. In view of the above, this revision becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
