The petitioner has been issued with the impugned charge memo. The petitioner is also being prosecuted in a criminal proceedings for allegedly harassing a woman under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. The petitioner has to answer the charges before the respondent in the departmental proceeding pursuant to the impugned charge memo.
