Mr.G.Jeremiah, the learned counsel for the respondents made a statement that O.S.No.100 of 2017, from which the present C.R.P arises was dismissed for default on 30.01.2023 and he also circulated a copy of the
judgment of the Court.
2.There is no representation for the revision petitioner. Since the suit itself is dismissed for default, nothing remains to be considered in this C.R.P for present.
3.This Civil Revision Petition stands closed with a liberty to the revision petitioner to revive the C.R.P as and when the suit is restored to file.
