This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Jayaseelan, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.288 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
