Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.11/2016 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) of Villupuram District at Villupuram, dated 08.03.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal petition No. 230 of 2018 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.
Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.VINOTH KUMAR, Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.11/2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) of Villupuram District at Villupuram, dated 08.03.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above criminal appeal. 2.
It is seen that this Court had earlier dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in CrlM.P.No.7780/2021 on 06.09.2021. Now, in no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
