ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner was the sole accused. He has been charged with for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 384, 506(2) of I.P.C. in Crime No.1507 of 2020 and now he has filed this petition seeking for anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender and having many criminal cases for offences similar in nature.
3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is an habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
