ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a proper and fair investigation into the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.04.2025 and take appropriate legal action against respondents 3 and 4 and further direct the respondents 3 and 4 to return all the documents that were obtained from him on 18.03.2025 at the office of the third respondent under force and threat.

2. Based on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent before the Police, the petitioner was summoned by the Inspector of Police, K.10, Koyambedu Police Station, Crime Wing, Chennai-107, for the enquiry which was to be conducted on 18.03.2025. Enquiry was also conducted on the said complaint in regard to C.S.R.No.29 of 2025.

3. Further, based on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent in Crime (FIR).No.196 of 2025, dated 07.05.2025, against the petitioner, already a case was registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 318(2) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner is hereby directed to extend his 2 / 4

fullest co-operation for the investigation being done in Crime No.196 of 2025.
