This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12076 of dated 17.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the charge sheet and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
