This Court by an Order dated 31.07.2019, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Thirupur, shall immediately commit the case to the concerned Sessions Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The committal Court shall thereafter complete the case in PRC.No.30 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

Now the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of four months from today.
