O R D E R

Considering the limited relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.2893 of 2017.

3. It is seen from the 'B' Diary extract that has been produced, the Interlocutory Application which is reserved for orders in 07.11.2019, is still pending at the same stage. Several adjournments have been made for clarification or on the ground that the lock down imposed in the pandemic is in force. I.A.No.2893 of 2017 is an application for passing final decree in a suit for partition of the year 2007 which is nearly 14 years old.

4. Considering the same and the manner in which the application has been adjourned since November 2019 till now, the trial Court namely 2/4

XVI City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2893 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier and the learned XVI City Civil Judge, Chennai is directed to forward a report of such disposal to the Registrar Judicial of this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
