This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26006 of dated 29.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26006 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
