Crl.M.P.No.11005 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10194 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J The application has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed namely the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The respondent Police is Podanur Police Station, Coimbatore District. The concerned Court is District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai.

It is stated that the petitioner has not even complied the condition even for one single day.

When the petitioner has taken a decision to disregard the order of the Court, I am not inclined to modify the same. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
