This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 10 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.13048 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Mahe Police Station, Puducherry, everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
