Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Authority in PG.No.68/2016 dated 20.04.2018, has been complied with and the 2nd respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the amount in satisfaction of the order passed by the Authority. The learned counsel therefore, submits that the writ petition has to be de-tagged.

2.Since the issue is not related to the issues in WP.Nos.23400 and 23405/2019, the Registry is directed to de-tag WP.No.23413/2019 and post on 22.10.2025 under the caption ''For Orders''.
