Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition in the petitioner shall report I.O. 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.12478 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 in the above Cr.No.40 of 2018 on the file of respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12478 of 2018 on 27.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12478 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12478 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the

petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
