After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners at length, when this Court about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also she made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.

3. The 1st respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
