Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.6/2017 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi and also to grant time to execute the sureties by the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.12821/2017 in Crl.O.P.No.17335/2017 dated 13.10.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions, vide order dated 13.10.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12821 of 2017 in Crl.O.P. No.17335 of 2017, is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the condition is not complied with within a period of ten days, the order of granting bail dated 07.09.2017 shall stand cancelled.
