A.Nos.3474 & 3475 of 2022 A.Nos.3474 & 3475 of 2022 in O.P.No.534 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Application No.3474 of 2022 has been filed seeking to recall the attesting witness Mr.N.Karunandhi to adduce his evidence as regards the original last Will dated 11.12.2007.

2. Application No.3475 of 2022 has been filed seeking to re-open the evidence in O.P.No.534 of 2021.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing these present applications.

3. Considering the above and also, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated above in the applications, these applications are allowed.
