ORDER

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

2. The second respondent had produced the detenue, namely, S.Murugan, aged about 43 years, before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue had categorically stated that he is not willing to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

go along with the petitioner. He has also stated that he is not in the illegal custody of any one. Therefore, he is permitted to go, as per his wish.

3. In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
