ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to forthwith pass necessary orders on the appeal of the petitioner dated 14.01.2020 within a time frame.

2. Mr. S.N. Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent had already conducted enquiry on 08.12.2020 and he would pass orders shortly .

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, I direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 14.01.2020 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
