This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to lift the freezing of the petitioner's savings bank account No.13240100118014 bearing customer ID 26112817 held with Federal Bank, Anna Nagar Branch.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner against the fourth respondent who is out of the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law before the jurisdictional court.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
