The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2018, which is assigned as PE.No.26/2019/RDP/TPR. 2.
When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent are sincerely proceeding with the Enquiry/Investigation and would further submit that the allegations in the complaint requires collection of documents from various departments and therefore, the respondents require minimum six months time to complete the Preliminary Enquiry.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to file the Report of the Preliminary Enquiry within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
