This application has been filed to modify the scheme decree for permitting the non teaching staff to vote in the election of all the Educational Institutions run by the Pacchayappas Trust.

2. When this application came before this Court on 29.09.2022, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the matter is adjourned to 17.10.2022. On 17.10.2022, this Court clearly recorded a finding to the effect that the bonafide of the petitioner has not been established. As the scheme decree has already been framed by the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court and constitution of the Committee has been well defined, the petitioner being a third party cannot question the same and directed the petitioner to establish his bonafide. Again the matter has been adjourned to 01.11.2023. On that day also adjournment was sought and posted to 15.11.2022 for arguments. vrc adjournment only on the ground that he has to present further documents. Today also the same representation is being made. The manner in which the adjournments sought indicate that this application has been filed only to unsettle the settled things. Despite several opportunities granted, the petitioner is not in a position to advance his arguments to substantiate their contention before this Court. Hence, there is no merits in this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for non prosecution.
