PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the clause II (II) of category 20 of Annexure II of the Tamilnadu School Education Subordinate Service Special Rules as unconstitutional so far it relates to the prescribing the qualification for promotes for post of Regional Inspectors of Physical Education and Physical Directors for insisting for having passed the account test (clause II (II)) category 20 of Annexure II of the said Rules as far as the petitioner is concerned.
