The petitioner is the subsequent purchaser of the suit schedule mentioned property.

2. In the light of the principles laid down in Thomson Press (India) Ltd., vs. Nanak Builders and Investors (P) Ltd., (2013) 5 SCC 397, being a lis pendens purchaser, he is an interested person to the proceedings.

3. Consequently, the impleading petition is allowed.
