The petitioner herein seeks protection from the police harassment, since they frequently called him and pressurizing him to settle the money dispute between him and one Krishnaveni.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the complaint petition of Krishnaveni is under enquiry. If it is purely a civil dispute arising out of money transaction, police will act accordingly as per the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
