2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Crl.O.P.No.25087 of 2019 . Hence, the Criminal Original petition may be dismissed as withdrawn"
