C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners in the cadre of Assistant Surgeon [General] based on their selection conducted by the second respondent in the year 2009 as per the Advertisement No.177 dated 24.11.2008 and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits. 2.Today when the matters are taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the point raised by the petitioners has been answered by this Court in W.P.No.13879 of 2015 dated 06.05.2015 [Ayush Medical Welfare Association vs. The Secretary, State of Tamil Nadu, Health and Family Welfare Department and others] and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 also confirmed the said fact.

3.In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
