ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner without verifying whether the alleged encroachment still exists or is removed.

3. Learned State counsel, on advance copy, placing for perusal of this Court the letter dated 20.8.2025 of the Tahsildar, Uthangarai, would submit that the encroachment has already been removed on 11.8.2025.

4. Placing on record the statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
