After hearing both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 1/3

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and file a regular bail petition. In the event of such surrender and filing of a regular bail petition, the jurisdictional Court shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court in the present proceedings.
