Crl.M.P.No.10754 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5023 of 2023 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.13025 of in Crl.O.P.No.5023 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13025 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5023 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023 is relaxed in toto.
