O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order in W.P.No.4773 of 2020 dated 26.02.2020.

Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the claim made by the petitioner was rejected through proceedings of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies dated 29.11.2021. The said proceedings was also submitted at the time of hearing.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, if he is aggrieved. This contempt petition is accordingly closed.
