ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has applied for an electricity connection for agricultural purposes and seeks priority under BC category. 3.Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, the learned Standing Counsel for TNEB takes notice for 2/4

respondents 1 to 5, who would inform the Court that all the pending applications till the year 2018 have been disposed of, and the petitioner's case will be considered based on seniority in the particular category, according to the prevailing norms. He also added that this has been informed to the petitioner. Whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any such intimation.

4.The fifth respondent is now required to give his response to the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023 forthwith.
