ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the Community Certificate dated 31.05.2025 in TN-5202505283745 for processing the Application of Mr.Karthik.S in Application No.25UG816130 for the Tamil Nadu Medical Admission Counselling for UG 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that they would not consider the Community Certificate which mentioned in the Neet Score Card and they would only consider the community, which was uploaded along with the applications for the state list.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner 2/4

has already uploaded SC Community Certificate while applying for the state quota and the same is also reflected.
