The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already bail was granted to him by the lower court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the same may be dismissed.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that already bail granted to the petitioner by the lower court, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
